We gladly accept private pay clients, as well as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Neighborhood Health Plan, Health Plans Inc. United Health Care – Passport Connect Plan Only and Mass General Brigham Health Plans (formerly Always). Although these plans are accepted, families are responsible for any balances.

Through timely completion of paperwork, we will do our best to ensure coverage throughout treatment; however, it is important to note that services may not be covered until the time of discharge. Although we are not contracted with other insurance companies, we will happily provide you with the paperwork required to submit out of network claims.

In order to make effective progress, it is essential that children attend sessions based on clinical recommendations. Research in speech development shows that children make faster progress with shorter, more frequent sessions. This service delivery allows clinicians to target a high number of productions when a child is most attentive!

As an insurance based practice, we do expect our patients to attend a minimum of 75% of their sessions so we can continue to make progress.

We do require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations (except for emergencies and sickness). Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $60 Late Cancellation fee. Missed appointments with no notice will incur a $105 No Show fee.

Our COVID policies place the priority on the health & well-being on our team members and patients. Accordingly, we follow all current Health & Human Services, CDC, federal and state guidelines.
