We are looking for a motivated, experienced contributor who can add value to our Award-Winning team and support our Executive Director. This permanent, part time role is well suited to those who are seeking a value-add opportunity on an exciting team. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will prepare reports to support strategic decision making and support the operations of a variety of growth initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your detail-orientation and project management skills to support growth, quality and community initiatives. This position would also be responsible for providing the administrative support necessary to implement these strategies to achieve measurable results.

We are looking for self-driven, creative, and flexible individuals who have a strong interest in the pediatric population and can dive into a fast-paced, clinic setting.

For OT, we offer Level 2 placements in Spring and Fall.
