Eliza’s clinical experience includes both early intervention and school-based settings. She has experience evaluating and treating children with receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation/phonology disorders, social pragmatic disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, autism spectrum disorder, and children who use AAC. In addition, she has a special interest in literacy development, and is currently pursuing coursework to receive licensure as a reading specialist as well as Orton-Gillingham certification. She enjoys working with children and their families to provide motivating and engaging therapy to develop speech, language, and literacy skills.

Alise began working with kids during high school while volunteering for her local parks and recreation program as well as teaching a youth tennis program. During her time in undergrad, she worked with kids to create theatre and realized just how important all aspects of communication are for these children. She discovered some of the various tools and supports children may need to communicate effectively and instantly wanted to learn more! She has been working in the private practice setting since graduating. She absolutely loves being a part of children’s communication development and creating lasting relationships with the children, families, teachers, and other professionals. She believes in the power of play-based therapy and works diligently with families to individualize their plan of care.

Samantha is an experienced clinician, having been practicing OT for 8 years. She earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Boston University and then returned to her alma mater to teach in the occupational therapy program for several years. She has experience working in acute care/hospital and NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) settings, but her real passion lies with children, which led her to pursue her dreams and transition over to the pediatric clinic. One of her biggest strengths is her ability to build rapport with her clients and their families, and she will always work collaboratively with the family to achieve therapeutic goals. Samantha’s flexibility and energetic personality allow her to think quickly on her feet and adapt to the intricate and individual needs of each child between and even within treatment sessions.

Katie has almost 15 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience treating across a variety of settings. She is known for being uber-creative with sessions and her strong ability to collaborate with other providers to maximize progress. Katie has a special interest in supporting children with ADHD and executive functioning, and has even designed mini escape rooms for kids to solve! Creating and running groups is another passion of Katie’s, as groups provide natural opportunities for children to apply the skills they have worked hard on during their individual sessions to the real world, as well as build teamwork skills.
