"I had the opportunity to complete my level 2 fieldwork here in summer of 2021. It was one of the best and most rewarding experiences I could have asked for as a student. I was given the opportunity to work with a variety of children, explore areas of interest, and learn more about areas I didn't have prior experience in. I always knew I wanted to work in pediatrics and this fieldwork rotation just furthered that passion. I created relationships with families and kids that made it so hard to leave at the end of my experience. Sam and Brooke were the best supervisors, they always met me where I was at and guided me to build the skills to become a better clinician. Their mentorship has and continues to mean so much to me and I credit them for getting to where I am today. I chose to work here full time because I felt a connection with the staff and knew it was a place that could foster my growth as a clinician. I have been giving many opportunities that I am grateful to Buttonloop for!

“I had my Level 1 Pediatric placement at Buttonloop Children's Therapies, and it was one of the best fieldwork experiences I have had during my program. Not only did I get clinical experience in an outpatient pediatric setting, but I got the opportunity to see how amazing the therapists who work there are and how each therapy session can be fun and functional! I was exposed to how important a therapeutic relationship is between a therapist and a client (in this case a pediatric client) and how it further supports client-centered intervention and a child's motivation to participate.
